The Panellists Are All Metadesigners
John Backwell | Current Programme Coordinator of the MA Design Futures programme at Goldsmiths, University of London. John has conducted research and written a number of papers on team thinking within a metadesign framework. |
Dr. Hannah Jones | Teaches design thinking at the Stanford University d.school, California. She facilitates citizen-led creative teams as a way to bring collective envisioning processes to the task of creating future cities. |
Dr. Julia Lockheart | Senior Lecturer in Writing in Creative Practice at Goldsmiths, University of London, director of the international Writing-PAD project and joint editor of the Journal of Writing in Creative Practice (Intellect Books). Her research explores the importance of writing and co-authorship within design. |
Anette Lundebye | A creative catalyst, artist, educator, facilitator and coach. She has pioneered metadesign methods and processes for transformational and collaborative learning. She is driven by a strong interest in sustainability and futures. |
Prof. Mathilda Tham | Design Professor at Linnaeus University, Sweden and a metadesign researcher, at Goldsmiths, University of London. She uses transdisciplinary approaches to intervene paradigmatically into socio-material relationships. |
Prof. John Wood | Founding Director of Kinerji and Emeritus Professor of Design at Goldsmiths, University of London, where he launched the MA Design Futures programme (1995) and led AHRC & EPSRC-funded research into ‘metadesign’. |
