Organisational Consciousness Atlas

square-50cm-spacer.jpg

The Map

The Organisational Consciousness framework is accessed by what we call The Atlas (see below). This maps all possible organisational assets and helps us:
  1. to frame diagnostic questions
  2. to identify new possible alignments between existing assets
  3. to define and audit the qualities of connection and intersection
  4. to decode them from the Atlas
  5. to grade the answers
  6. to help us to choose appropriate remedial workshop methods.

The Intersections

The horizontal axis (red) represents the 'active' aspects of the players and the vertical (blue) represents their 'passive' aspects. The first of the two letters is the active one (i.e. to be audited). Presenting the players in this way makes it possible to show the 12 relations that relate to themselves. (These can be seen by double letters, such as AA, or GG, etc.).
